Cleanout Features

This yearly cleanout includes the following maintenance services:

Check surrounding plants and rock edging by trimming down dead plants or removing unwanted weeds/plants due to overgrowth.
Relocate your fish safely in a holding pool.
Pump out the dirty pond water.
Rinse and pressure wash the pond this includes removing sludge, debris.
Remove any debris from the skimmer.
Clean and check pump and filter.
Check underwater lights if needed.
Refill the pond and treat the water.
Properly reintroduce your fish by acclimating them to their new clean pond!

CleanOUT Pricing*

How Our Clean-Out Pricing Works - We require a $600 deposit to hold your spot on our schedule. This includes travel, equipment setup and breakdown (typically 15–30 minutes), and standard dosing products. Once we begin the cleaning portion of the service, time is billed at $300 per hour for our two-man crew. If you’re working within a certain budget, just let us know — we’re happy to plan accordingly and will stop before going over your requested amount.

What is the difference between cleaning or cleanout?

The major difference between these two is:

Cleaning is a refresh of your pond or water feature and can be done with your fish in the pond; 20%-35% of pond water is replaced and the bottom is cleared of debris.
Cleanout is a reset of your pond or water feature with your fish removed 95% of your water replaced; vacumming, powerwashing, and pump/filter inspection and clean out

Should I do a cleaning or a cleanout?

The answer to this depends on the most recent maintenance of your water feature

If you have not performed a yearly cleanout, you need to have a clean out performed to enhance
If you have had a cleanout done in the last 12 months a cleaning should help improve the water quality for your aquatic life.
