Maintenance Visits
Each maintenance visit should take approximately 1-2 hours and includes the following:
- Inspect water feature for apparent leaks
- Skim pond
- Clean skimmer/pump intake
- Clean skimmer filters
- Inspect lighting system
- Clean up feature edging(hide exposed liner, trim back overgrown plants)
- Inspect and thin aquatic plants
- Recommend repairs if necssary
- 50% off of consultation fee for any water feature upgrades or new features
Maintenance Packages
These packages combine regular maintenance visits (described below), a yearly cleanout, and some cleanings in between.
A CLEANING AND INSPECTION may be required before a maintenance contract can be initiated.
If your water feature has not been previously maintained and/or it has been years since the last maintenance the condition of your water feature will need to be assessed. If a clean out is required before starting the contract a clean out fee will be assesed at the start of the contract. The yearly clean out in the package will be applied to your next clean out (in 9 months to 1 years time)
